Anna Moutsiou (MSc) is a licensed Organizational Psychologist and Senior HR Consultant at ISON Psychometrica. With an MSc in Organizational Psychology and extensive experience in psychometrics and employee evaluation, she leads consulting projects across industries including shipping, infrastructure, and healthcare. Anna is skilled in high-stakes psychological assessments (e.g., MMPI-2), contributes to research and test development, and has presented at international conferences.
